3K-5th Grade Registration
Registration is a annual, non-refundable fee. Registration fee includes books, workbooks, school insurance, PTC dues, and lab fees.
**Tuition Payment Program Information (FACTS)
Sacred Heart School uses FACTS Tuition Management to manage its tuition payment program.
Through this program, families experience the following benefits:
Should a family have questions or if there are special circumstances, please contact the school office at 830-393-2117 by August 1 to discuss your situation. Families who pay the full-year tuition before August 15 will receive a 3% discount.

Second & third child receive $25.00 discount each per month
Early Registration (April 1st-May 13th)
One child: $375.00
$50.00 deposit per family due May 15th
$162.50 due by June 1st
$162.50 due by July 1st
Regular Registration (after May 16th)
One child: $425.00
$212.50 due at registration
$212.50 due by July 1st
Full Day 8:00am-3:00pm
$3,500.00 - $350.00 per month for 10 months (August-May)
Two Children: $550.00
$275.00 due at registration
$275.00 due by July 1st
Extended Day Care
Before School Care
(7:00am-8:00am) NO CHARGE
After School Care
(3:00pm-6:00pm) $8.00 per hour per child (Maximum $150/child)
*Billed on the 11th of each Month
Lunch: $2.50 each
*Billed on the 11th of each month

All tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month and no later than the 10th of the month. Payments made after the 10th will be assessed a $25 late fee.
