**Tuition Payment Program Information (FACTS)

Sacred Heart School uses FACTS Tuition Management to manage its tuition payment program. 

Through this program, families experience the following benefits:

  • You may choose either the (payment date(s) offered) of each month as your payment date.
  • Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or a variety of credit cards. 
  • Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments process securely through a bank-to-bank transaction. 
  • You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime. 

Should a family have questions or if there are special circumstances, please contact the school office at 830-393-2117 by August 1 to discuss your situation. Families who pay the full-year tuition before August 15 will receive a 3% discount.

All tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month and no later than the 10th of the month.  Payments made after the 10th will be assessed a $25 late fee

Cafeteria Lunch: $3.50 each-Billed on the 11th of each month along with any other incidental billing (i.e. after school care)

Early Registration February 5 - April 12  $100.00 Deposit due at the time of registration/ After April 12, at least half of registration is due at the time of enrollment.
